SRM Skin Standard terms and conditions
- Appointments: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened services or rescheduling.
- Cancellations: We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations will Forfeit booking fee.
- Payments: Full payment is required upon completion of services. We accept cash, cards, and other approved payment methods.
- Refunds: All services are non-refundable, but we will make every effort to resolve any concerns to your satisfaction.
- Health Conditions: Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs before your treatment.
- Personal Items: The salon is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.
- Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior or health concerns.
- Booking Fee/Deposit: A booking fee of $25 will be required when making an online booking this fee will be redeemed against the cost of the treatment.
